Is it fair to judge beauty on perfection?

Salvador Dali had put it once, “Have no fear of perfection – you’ll never reach it”

I’d say why fear it? You are already perfect in your own being.. in the long run, for your long run.

We are a part of a big orchestra; all of us. We have been carefully designed, tuned and placed in the positions where we are. We are perfect! We change shapes, characteristics, even forms but have our well defined paths ahead of us and each of these shifts, retractions, changes are further perfecting us looking at the need of each moment, hour, day!

Ever wondered how some poor tiny tots and young children alike, all sleep out in the open; come rain come hail? Ever wondered how we’re fortunate enough to have a roof to sleep under, tasty food to eat, great wine to drink? I’ve heard a lot of people around me say we get accustomed to what we ave around. Imagine thinking what if we were carefully chosen to bear, go through, enjoy, flourish the circumstances each one of us faced? Imagine our perfect placement almost as notes in a symphony… we belong where we are and we are where we belong. I am perfect for my journey, you are perfect for your journey.. imagine what this acceptance of perfection in the other and the self could do for our inter personal relationships, for our relationship with our jobs, our bodies, our emotions, our chances. Imagine the possibilities of co-existing with another twisted soul – in our view – in perfect harmony. Imagine letting it all be. Imagine loving it all with all our hearts!!

Perfection is in exclusivity, not in uniformity.

It is in interesting turns our paths go through, not in the boring straight, often trodden paths.

It is in the moles, the spots, the twists, the surprises, the shocks, the irregular! In every imperfection, we are 100% perfect.

Each snowflake, each finger print, each eye, each baby,  is exclusive, itself and therefore perfect.
